By accessing or using the Findus local search engine and marketplace portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.
To access certain features of the platform, you must verify your identity via a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OTPs and ensuring that unauthorized users do not access your account. Findus is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from shared or compromised OTPs.
All payments for seller subscription plans, featured listings, or lead purchases are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment gateway partners. Findus reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately if a payment dispute, chargeback, or fraudulent transaction is detected.
Sellers registering on Findus must provide truthful business details, including PAN, GST, Aadhaar, and company type. Findus management reserves full rights to suspend seller profiles found guilty of fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
While Findus verifies seller onboarding credentials to the best of our ability, buyers are advised to exercise standard due diligence when engaging with service providers. Our platform acts strictly as a directory facilitator between buyers and independent vendors.
